My thoughts

I've chosen to give the company a more friendly, informal demeanour. In the first sentence I chose the more human 'you', instead of the more wordy 'your email address.'

The second sentence suggests a solution to the problem. The user may have typed it in wrong.

The challenge was to get the user to use their correct email, but in a real world environment a 'Forgot Your Email?' option may also be useful in this situation
